TLC is a non-profit website of the American Cancer Society.  This website offers affordable mastectomy products, hats, hair and hair necessities.

They sell wigs, extensive brow and eyelash products, sleep hats, swim caps and other hats and head-coverings designed for those afflicted with hair loss.

Beauti-Full-Brows

They sell temporary tattoo eyebrows.  I really like this product.
 

Permanent Cosmetics by Kim Flemming

Kim Fleming offers cosmetic tattooing.  I love the work she has done on my eyebrows and eyeliner tattoos!  She has many services, including nipple tattooing for women who have had breast reconstruction.  Her work is excellent!  You can learn more about her work on her website.  She works at various locations in the Tacoma/Seattle area and she takes clients in her home salon in Utah as well.

American Cancer Society's 'Look Good... Feel Better' class

This is a program that teaches beauty techniques to women cancer patients in active treatment to help them deal with the appearance-related side effects.
